In Zambia, The Green Fund supports youth-led sustainability programs focused on clean energy, reforestation, and capacity building in under-resourced communities. These efforts are not only nurturing a generation of environmentally conscious leaders but also providing practical tools and training to transform ideas into action.
Through partnerships with local organizations, young people are leading reforestation campaigns, learning about clean energy solutions like solar power, and promoting improved cookstoves that reduce indoor air pollution. These programs emphasize gender inclusion and community ownership, ensuring that climate action is accessible and impactful at every level of society.
